Brands have met for the 2nd time for Local Chains

The 2nd workshop on "End-to-End Cooperation with Local Chains" was held on February 8 with the participation of Anadolu Efes, Coca-Cola, Ferrero, Haribo, Mars Gıda, P&G, Tadım and Torku.

Valuable opinions and suggestions on how to establish a more efficient and productive cooperation with local chains were expressed separately by all participating brands.

In the workshop, the importance of data sharing was strongly underlined.

In particular, the importance of using EDI was pointed out to increase the efficiency of store visits and to minimize data entry errors. Brands also stated that with the use of EDI, stock outs and loss of sales can be minimized.

Similarly, it was explained that if local chains share inventory and sales reports on a daily basis by location, the hot and cold contact with the chains can have much more value added.
