Within the scope of the services it provides, BIZOFIS acts on the personal data provided by the customer as a data processor pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and only for the purpose and scope of the performance of the contract with the customer. In this sense, BIZOFIS is not responsible for any of the obligations of the data controller, such as obtaining personal data in accordance with the law, informing the relevant persons or meeting the demands of the relevant persons in accordance with the aforementioned Law.

 

BIZOFIS may transfer the personal data provided by the customer to third parties at home or abroad, who are its own service providers or business/solution partners, who are sub-data processors, and/or store them on their servers for the purpose of providing the service provided under the contract between them. Customers who agree to work with BIZOFIS accept and declare that they have given their consent to this issue.
