Bizofis ("BIZOFIS"), within the scope of the services it provides, processes personal data supplied by its customers in the capacity of a data processor under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the EU GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018, solely for the purpose and scope of fulfilling the contract concluded with its customer.
Accordingly, BIZOFIS is not responsible for any obligations of the data controller, such as obtaining personal data lawfully, informing data subjects, or responding to data subject requests under the applicable laws.
BIZOFIS may, for the purpose of providing the service under contract, transfer personal data supplied by the customer to third parties (its own service providers or business/solution partners acting as sub-processors) located in Turkey or abroad, and/or store such data on their servers.
