Who is Bizofis and what does it do?
Bizofis is an EDI and e-Invoicing service provider operating in Turkey and Azerbaijan since 2003. We digitize your supply chain end-to-end, providing EDI integration, e-invoice/e-document authorized-integrator services, e-mail order automation, and store-level sell-out & stock analytics.
What is EDI?
EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is the electronic exchange of orders, dispatch notes, invoices and other commercial documents between companies in standard formats. It eliminates manual data entry, reduces errors, and accelerates processes.
What e-invoice authorizations do you hold?
In 2013, Bizofis was approved as the 10th Authorized Integrator by the Turkish Ministry of Finance Revenue Administration (GİB). It is fully authorized for e-Invoice, e-Archive and e-Dispatch processes.
Which ERP systems can you integrate with?
SAP, Oracle, Logo, Netsis, Mikro, Canias and any other ERP. You don't need to change your ERP — we provide a middleware that talks to your existing system.
Which formats do you support?
XML, JSON, EDIFACT, UBL-TR, iDoc, Excel, PDF, CSV and custom formats. Connection protocols: AS2, sFTP, OFTP2, API, e-mail.

How long does go-live take?
Standard EDI or e-invoice integrations typically go live within 2-6 weeks. More complex multi-partner integrations vary by project scope.
