ECOD Agent

ECOD Agent is a comprehensive, professional sales support system of the Sales Force Automation class, which provides comprehensive operation of a point of sale by mobile sales representatives. The system is part of a broad range of ECOD products which includes ECOD Operator – an EDI platform, ECOD Distribution – services in communication and reporting in the distribution channel, and ECOD Business Portal – a system for analyses and reports.

ECOD Agent is not only designed to support mobile sales representatives but also to be a tool for medium and senior-level management, which helps in taking short as well as long-term actions in a rapidly evolving market. In order to achieve this, the system was divided into three separate applications, cooperating with each other and depending on the scope of responsibility of particular users:

  • the ECOD Agent PDA module for sales representatives
  • the ECOD Agent Terminal module for regional sales managers
  • the ECOD Agent Central Office for other users, such as business administrators
