Comarch Campaign Management supports a marketing department at every stage in the creation of an advertising campaign and can automate the process of customer communication. The system can help any company that conducts marketing activities increase their effectiveness.

Campaign preparation, execution and analysis are possible within the system and the included budgeting capabilities can provide a detailed view into marketing expenditures and enable efficiency in measurement. Built-in workflow and a wide range of interfaces combine to create a product which can integrate all the resources needed for the preparation of optimal marketing activities in a single application.

The application supports the exchange of information pertaining to marketing activities between employees involved in a marketing plan at different levels as well as in different organizations. It allows them to cooperate on the implementation and optimization of the chosen strategy through current access to information about the effects of the campaign.

CCM simplifies marketing communication processes with direct creation of messages within the system and integration with external communication systems: SMS gateways, a company’s point-of-sale devices or the contact center’s infrastructure. Comarch Campaign Management can be implemented separately from the CLM system or as an integrated module of the entire marketing application platform.
